Experienced in delivering high-impact projects—from naval vessel refits and systems integration to building self-hosted infrastructure and cloud networks—focused on reliability, efficiency, and innovative solutions. I also have experience in developing full stack application and corporate integration with both local and cloud deployment experience under my belt.
Head of Department (IT)
I lead the company’s IT infrastructure and operations, driving efficiency, security, and innovation. I develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures, manage the IT team, and oversee system design, deployment, and maintenance. I ensure data security, optimize IT resources and budgets, recommend solutions, provide cross-departmental support, and stay current with IT management and cybersecurity trends.
General Manager
As General Manager, I oversaw daily operations, streamlined workflows, and trained department heads while managing budgets. I led strategic planning, set policies, and coordinated business goals, including multiple successful vessel refit projects. I identified new opportunities to meet KPIs, maintained strong client and supplier relationships, ensured accurate project documentation and claims, and managed on-site progress to address HR and material needs for smooth project execution.
Project Manager
Supervised and maintained vessel network and system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Designed network topology and database systems for vessel monitoring and control, and integrated multiple PLCs into a centralized platform. Planned project timelines, ensured safety standard compliance, and provided technical oversight in network architecture, software deployment, and system integration.
Technical Engineer
As a Technical Engineer, I supported electronic and mechanical work on sea vessels, assisting in system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. I worked closely with senior engineers to ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and smooth vessel operations.
Apple Product Sales and Technical Specialist
Provided product expertise, technical support, and staff training for Apple devices while managing backend operations for the company’s website and sales systems. Recognized as the Apple Expert for the Sabah region (2016–2018). I also supported teammates during peak periods and complex repairs, ensuring efficient service and a strong customer experience.
